Job Summary
Maintain the case dock by cleaning the case washer daily, checking spray jets and pumps, and sanitizing trailer floors, walls, and ceilings. Unload trailers and trucks efficiently to ensure case supply for fillers and prevent downtime, while thoroughly cleaning reclaim tanks daily and performing C.I.P. weekly. Record transport, wholesale dump, and daily case return data accurately. Manage pallets from Costco trailers by placing them in designated work and storage areas. Operate with a continuous improvement mindset to identify and sustain improvement opportunities while promoting a safe work environment. Work Thursday through Monday from 9:00pm to 5:30am.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous knowledge of basic equipment operations
- Demonstrate good judgment and problem solving and decision making skills
- Being an organized record keeper
- Must be humble, approachable, and honest
- Must be flexible and able to work any shift
