Job Summary
Case Coordinators work with ORR care provider and federal staff to develop and maintain a national case coordination program, focusing on safe and timely release, placement recommendations, and development of child welfare-based recommendations for unaccompanied children in ORR custody. Responsibilities include case staffing, reviewing information to inform release plans, and coordinating with care providers, ORR staff, and stakeholders. Roles operate onsite and remotely with up to 40% travel, assignments to one or more facilities, and participation in National/Remote/Deployment Teams. Required bilingual English/Spanish, strong relationship-building, data analysis and reporting, installation of home studies and post-release services, and proficiency with MS Office. Preferred experience with migrant/refugee issues, juvenile justice programs, and prior consulting experience. Salary range for full-time employment in TX remote office: $67,355.00 - $114,503.00.

- Non-qualifying bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of demonstrated post-degree child welfare experience OR Bachelor’s degree in social work or a social science related discipline and 5+ years of demonstrated post-degree child-welfare experience OR Master’s degree in social work or a social science related discipline and 2+ years of demonstrated post-graduate child welfare experience or 3+ years of post-undergraduate experience
