Case Coordinator Discharge Planner (RN)

Manage a designated caseload of patients to influence positive clinical and financial outcomes. Execute timely entry, follow-up, and management of appeals according to payer rules by writing appeal letters that address denial reasons with supporting clinical data. Communicate with all parties involved in the denial process, including billing offices, case management, payers, and hospital information management. Requires a current RN license in Alabama, one year of case management or discharge planning experience, and critical thinking skills.
