Job Summary
Case Coordinator provides administrative and program support for medical readiness operations and assists Case Managers with documentation, scheduling, tracking, and reporting. Responsibilities include case intake and processing, maintaining case files, tracking Soldier medical readiness requirements, preparing reports and spreadsheets, coordinating communications with Soldiers and military units, scheduling appointments and follow-ups, supporting Medical Readiness Events and SRPs, and uploading/maintaining records in Government systems. On-site, full-time position with 7:30 AM–4:30 PM ET schedule in Columbus, OH. Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365; strong attention to detail and organizational skills. The role involves coordination and administrative tasks to support medical readiness workflows.
