Role includes direct client contact via phone/email, responding to routine inquiries, sending out case questionnaires, maintaining organized case files in a proprietary database, and collaborating with managers and legal teams. Requires strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills, experience with office administration, and familiarity with immigration case types (e.g., H1, L1) as part of intake processes.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Associate’s degree or 2 years of college preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in an office environment
  • Direct client or customer contact experience
  • Experience in a law firm or immigration law is a plus
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to multi-task and strong organizational skills
  • Professionalism and discretion
  • Good analytical skills
