Job Summary
Conduct quality control inspections for dental technician products, evaluating each case against Rx specifications to ensure correct manufacturing. Serve as a liaison between technicians and management, communicating work quality, turnaround times, and workflow issues while providing constructive feedback. Identify defects, resolve undercut and draw problems, and adjust bite and clearance issues, sending and receiving files to and from labs as directed. Train technicians, assess digital order processors, and evaluate remake cases to identify root causes. Perform other related duties as business needs require.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two (2) years of dental experience
Desired Qualifications
- Prior dental experience or background a plus
