CASE AIDE-RJMCC

Supervise sibling and family visits on campus or in the community while assisting caseworkers with service referrals, home assessments, and obtaining documentation such as consents and vital documents. Provide counseling and crisis intervention to children and families, and schedule residents for DMV appointments and other community engagements. Accompany residents to these appointments and assist the supervisor with department paperwork and scheduling. Occasional flexibility in hours is required to accommodate visits, service plan reviews, and crisis interventions. Agency vehicles are available for driving, subject to a DMV check of the caseworker's driving record.
