Case Aide-Oneida County Foster Care (4883)

Case Aide supports foster care visitation for Oneida County by supervising approx. 15 hours of visitation, 5 hours of pre/post visitation meetings, 8-10 hours of transportation, and 5 hours weekly of documentation. Responsibilities include documenting progress notes, coordinating between birth and foster families, facilitating visitation using the Sanctuary model, participating in weekly staff meetings, ensuring vehicles and visitation spaces are in working order, and communicating strengths/needs to assigned workers. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid NYS driver's license with one year of driving experience. Location: Utica, NY (Herkimer Road Office) with in-person duties.
