Job Summary
Provide whole-person services to clients in SUD treatment as Case Aide, including case management assistance, collaboration with internal and external treatment professionals, and completing Intake/Discharge packets. Works across multiple settings (Elgin Residential and Recovery Home locations) with billable case management support embedded in 8-hour shifts; adheres to NASW Code of Ethics and program clinical model while ensuring ethical, dignified, and professional interactions. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent (degrees in social services preferred) and valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Weekend (Saturday–Sunday, 4:00pm–12:00am) full-time role with competitive benefits and opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associates, bachelors, or master's degree in a social service field preferred
- Background check clearance required
- Annual TB test required
- Demonstrated proficiency in EHR documentation and review required
- Valid driver’s license, in good standing for the state of residency required
- Access to reliable transportation required
- Valid IL statutory minimum liability insurance coverage, bodily injury and property damage required
