Case Aide - Fc

Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with families and young people placed in foster care to ensure their safety and growth. Provide emotional support during transport and supervision of children and families, promoting normalcy experiences like park visits or meal preparation to guide parents toward safe practices. Communicate effectively with parents, professionals, and clients while maintaining detailed, accurate, and timely documentation for tracking and reporting. Support assigned Case Managers with caseload management and advocate for the well-being of children in resource homes. This role requires frequent travel throughout the greater Pittsburgh Area, including transportation of children using various car seats, and involves working varied hours including evenings and weekends.
