Job Summary
Case Aide Assistant provides support to the treatment team in implementing interventions per the IPOS under supervision, advocating for psychosocial recovery and personal control over illness effects; responsibilities include administrative tasks, documentation, engagement letters, transition trackers, NOMs and assessments, linking individuals to benefits/resources, coordinating care with community resources, and adherence to trauma-informed practices while ensuring policy compliance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid and unrestricted Driver’s License
- Transportation or Automobile accessibility with current automobile/vehicle insurance meeting agency policy requirements
- Prior experience in a customer service, administrative, and/or clerical role
- Proficient with computers and working knowledge of Microsoft office products
- Strong customer service, communication, time management, and organization skills
- Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team, and community effectively, professional, and courteously
- Ability to work closely with persons with mental or physical limitations

- Ability to use discretion and judgment when handling matters of a sensitive or confidential nature
