Job Summary
Provides daily supervision, monitoring, reporting, and technical support services to clients in a residential substance abuse treatment environment; performs crisis intervention counseling when needed; develops life management skills with individuals and groups; maintains a safe, clean, and orderly program environment; administers breathalyzer and urinalysis tests; conducts sexual offender checks as needed; communicates with the treatment team and documents major incidents; handles intake paperwork and data entry for client records; monitors medication self-administration and distributes communications to clinical staff; requires high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license ( CPR/First Aid preferred).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. required
- One year experience performing security or social service work preferred
- Valid State Driver’s License (Preferred)
- CPR and First Aid Certification (or ability to obtain within established timeframe)
