Job Summary
Answer phones and respond to client inquiries regarding case status, draft correspondence to clients and the Social Security Administration, and schedule appointments for clients, vendors, and attorneys. Process exhibit-secured medical records, prepare files for hearings, and prioritize the caseload based on disability guidelines and hearing deadlines. Contact clients to obtain medical information while complying with HIPAA guidelines and process questionnaires for upcoming hearings. This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with common sense and courtesy, including the ability to navigate stairs to the basement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. The firm offers training for the right candidate.
