Job Summary
Manage complex and catastrophic injury files by assisting lawyers with file setup, diarising court directions, and obtaining medical records. Ensure deadlines are met through proactive case management, updating CRU certificates, and submitting payment requests while chasing orders and settlement cheques. Liaise with courts, opponent solicitors, and third parties to coordinate Counsel instructions and complete basic legal forms. Prioritise a constantly changing workload in a pressurised environment, working independently to meet commercial client requirements. Join the expanding Complex Injury team in Birmingham, which advises insurers and corporates on high-value personal injury claims and dispute resolution.
Required Qualifications
- come into the Birmingham office 5 days a week during their probation
- moving to a more hybrid approach once probation is completed
