Job Summary
Maintain a safe environment for children while coaching, mentoring, and teaching swim lessons to campers. Work with kids using positive reinforcement and encouragement, applying a high-energy personality to lead by example. Assist the team by going above and beyond expectations, with other duties as assigned. Training is provided for those without previous instructor experience.
