Job Summary

Oversee Cascade County clinical programs and sites, ensuring quality assurance, regulatory adherence, and budget management for Clinical Services. Advise the Executive Team on strategic planning, policy development, and contract negotiations while managing departmental changes to enhance efficiency. Direct hiring, performance evaluations, and training for clinic leaders and staff, including supervision of behavioral health assessments and ethics compliance. Provide consultation to outside agencies and the public, participate in case staffing, and perform emergency services as needed. Maintain proficiency in electronic health platforms and complete required in-service training and travel.

Required Qualifications

  • Five years' post-licensure experience
  • LCPC, LCSW, or LFMT licensure
  • Supervisory experience
  • Travel
  • Proficient in Outlook, Teams, and Microsoft programs
  • Required knowledge of concepts, theories, principles, practices and methods of counseling related to mental health, substance use, and co-occurring treatment
  • Ability to apply this knowledge to find unique and unprecedented solutions to client's behavioral health challenges
  • Knowledge of therapies, clinical intake assessment, and the provision of behavioral health consultation and education
  • Good organizational and leadership experience
  • Thorough knowledge of the field of behavioral health and of the principles of delivery of behavioral health services
  • Thorough knowledge of community resources useful in the treatment and prevention of emotional maladjustment
  • Thorough knowledge of theory and practice in the field of specialization at a level appropriate for the training and experience required
  • Thorough knowledge of the principles of community organization
  • Thorough knowledge of principles and methods of supervision and inservice training
  • Ability to supervise others
  • Ability to foster a positive, engaged, and accountable culture
  • Ability to give inservice training
  • Ability to secure professional, psychological or social work data and to record such data systematically
  • Ability to interpret and evaluate the data and develop recommendations
  • Ability to write clear and accurate reports
