Job Summary
Provide routine preventative maintenance services including inspection and cleaning of cooling towers, water pretreatment equipment, coils, and towers. Drive to customer locations to perform services in accordance with OSHA safety regulations while maintaining tools and cleaning equipment. Accurately report service calls and complete required online safety and technical modules. Perform physical work in HVAC or boiler environments, including climbing ladders up to 30 feet, working in confined spaces as small as 18x18 feet, and lifting heavy equipment up to 200 pounds. Requires a valid driver's license, mechanical aptitude, and ability to work flexible schedules with 35% travel.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Mechanical aptitude
- Working knowledge of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- 1-3 years of work experience in a field using mechanical principles
- Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record (DMV record will be checked)
- Ability to work flexible schedule, some weekends required along with overnight travel
- 35% travel required
