Job Summary
Promotes and sells Medtronic's products and/or services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets. Develops and strengthens long-term relationships with distributors and healthcare professionals, pursues leads, assesses needs, and provides product services to maximize benefits. Promotes and educates customers on the company's products/services. Conducts market research, implements market development plans, and communicates feedback to internal stakeholders (R&D, Operations, Marketing). Demonstrates autonomy in managing multiple accounts, indicates a direct impact on sales results, and may guide entry-level sales professionals. Ensures pricing strategy alignment and negotiates contracts to close sales, while maintaining relationships across a multi-person team.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 6+ years experience
- Associate’s Degree AND 4+ years experience
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years experience
