Job Summary
Promotes and sells Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets; develops and strengthens long-term relationships with distributors and healthcare professionals; pursues leads, assesses needs and provides product services to maximize benefits from Medtronic's products and services; promotes and establishes education of the company's products and/or services; conducts market research including customers and competitors activities; implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed; communicates customer feedback on new products or modifications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing; may direct the work of other sales professionals and/or manage sales processes and accounts; handles large or complex accounts with significant impact; relies on established sales processes and tools to drive performance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 10+ years experience OR Associate’s Degree AND 8+ years experience OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 6+ years experience
