Job Summary
CAS EP Mapping Specialist in Victoria, BC leads clinical, technical and sales support for Cardiac Ablation Solutions; delivers hands-on case support using mapping systems, generators, software, pumps and accessories; conducts product demonstrations and in-service training to drive adoption of mapping and ablation technologies; troubleshoots real-time technical and workflow issues in the electrophysiology lab; partners with sales to support account growth through clinical expertise and customer education; acts as a liaison between physicians, lab staff, sales, and technical teams to ensure high customer satisfaction; maintains advanced knowledge of EP therapies, company products, and competitive technologies; supports product installations, system upgrades, and new technology launches within the assigned territory; participates in territory planning and cross-functional discussions; supports clinical research activities and ensures compliance and training certifications.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 6+ years experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, or related EP mapping experience (OR Associate's Degree with 4+ years experience OR Baccalaureate Degree with 2+ years experience)
