Job Summary
Wash Tech assists management with delivering an outstanding customer service and experience at the Smithville, MO location; handles customer interactions, explains carwash menu options and memberships, and processes payments. Performs daily operations, visual inspections, maintains carwash and coffee equipment, cleans and sanitizes facilities, stocks supplies, and supports maintenance of equipment and property. Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; requires ability to lift up to 15 pounds and follow safety procedures for carwash and food handling. Strong customer service and the ability to work independently or with a team are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- 6 months of customer service experience preferred
- Previous car wash or food industry experience a plus
- Must successfully complete training in food preparation and food service skills
