Job Summary
Wash Tech is responsible for daily operational practices of running the carwash facility, assisting customers with carwash menu options and payments, performing visual inspections of vehicles before entering the wash, preparing and serving hot beverages (coffee) to customers, communicating pricing, packages, and memberships, maintaining and sanitizing carwash and coffee equipment and work areas, following safety procedures, providing fast and accurate service, assisting with inventory and order processing, and performing related duties. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds, work in varying weather, and be available evenings, weekends, and holidays. Education and experience requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent preferred and 6 months of customer service experience preferred; prior car wash or food industry experience is a plus; must complete training in food preparation and service skills.
