Job Summary
Supervise carwash operations at the Belton, MO location under the General Manager. Responsibilities include training and developing staff, organizing and overseeing daily activities, communicating pricing and packages to customers, maintaining clean and safe work areas, coaching staff to deliver high-quality customer experiences, addressing customer needs, ensuring safety protocols, performing routine equipment maintenance, and preparing hot beverages for customers. Requires strong managerial and organizational skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and certification in Food Handler Management (or obtain within 30 days of hire). Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected. Available to work seven days a week; prior carwash and customer service experience preferred; benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, 401K, and more.
Required Qualifications
- Food Handler Manager Certification permit required or obtain within 30 days of hire
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Two years of customer service experience preferred
- One to two years of carwash experience preferred
