Job Summary
Carwash Supervisor responsible for assisting the General Manager with training and developing staff, organizing daily activities and production operations in a fast-paced carwash environment, maintaining and sanitizing work areas, coaching team members to deliver a premier customer experience, addressing customer needs, ensuring safety protocols, performing equipment maintenance, and preparing/customizing hot beverages for customers. Must be able to work at the Little Blue Parkway location in Independence, MO, and be available seven days a week. Requires Food Handler Manager Certification (or obtain within 30 days of hire); prior customer service and carwash experience preferred; strong organizational, multitasking, and supervisory abilities; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; ability to stand/walk on uneven or wet surfaces and work in varying weather conditions. Salary $17.00/hour DOE + commission.
Required Qualifications
- Food Handler Manager Certification permit required or obtain within 30 days of hire
- Excellent managerial and supervisory skills
