Job Summary
Carwash Supervisor at McBee’s Coffee N Carwash in Belton, MO. The role supports the General Manager with daily operations at the Belton location to meet goals and deliver a high-quality customer experience. Responsibilities include training and developing new employees, organizing and supervising staff, communicating pricing, wash packages, and membership information, coordinating daily production activities in a fast-paced environment, maintaining and sanitizing work areas and equipment, coaching staff to deliver a consistently positive customer experience, addressing customer needs and resolving issues, enforcing safety protocols, performing regular equipment maintenance, and preparing and serving hot beverages to customers. The position requires ability to work every day of the week, strong managerial and organizational skills, multi-tasking in a dynamic setting, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and obtaining Food Handler Manager Certification within 30 days of hire. Required Qualifications
- Two years of customer service experience preferred
- One to two years of carwash experience preferred
- Food Handler Manager Certification permit required or obtain within 30 days of hire
- Excellent managerial and supervisory skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to multi-task and manage a team in a fast paced, changing environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
