Carwash Supervisor

Oversee carwash operations at the Belton location, assist the General Manager with staff training and development, organize and supervise assigned staff, communicate pricing, packages, and memberships to customers, coordinate daily production activities in a fast-paced environment, maintain clean and safe work areas including carwash and related spaces, coach staff to deliver the customer experience consistently, address customer needs and resolve issues, ensure safety protocols are followed, perform routine equipment maintenance, and prepare and serve hot beverages to customers as requested; requires strong managerial, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Availability to work seven days a week. Carwash Supervisor duties emphasize leadership, customer service, operations oversight, and adherence to safety standards.
