Carwash Supervisor

Assist General Manager with operations at the Smithville, MO carwash location; train and develop new employees; organize and oversee the work of assigned staff; communicate pricing, wash packages details, and membership information to employees and customers; organize daily activities related to production and operations in a fast paced, high-energy environment in absence of General Manager; maintain, clean, and sanitize work areas including vacuums and kitchen; coach and develop staff to provide the PWE for every customer, every time; address customer needs and resolve issues; ensure safety requirements and protocols are followed; perform regularly scheduled maintenance on equipment; prepare and serve hot beverages to customers; correctly customize orders as requested; availability to work every day of the week since we are open seven days a week; perform other related duties as required; requires Food Handler Manager Certification permit or obtain within 30 days of hire; salary: $17.00/hour DOE + commission.
