Job Summary
Sales Representative at McBee’s Coffee N Carwash Belton location, responsible for driving daily sales and promotions, assisting customers with carwash menu options and payments, communicating pricing/packages and membership benefits, tracking sales metrics, and delivering performance updates to leadership; requires ability to work independently or with a team, strong customer service, adherence to safety procedures for carwash and food handling, ability to lift up to 15 pounds, and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; education: high school diploma or equivalent preferred; benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, 401K, and employer discounts; salary: $15.00-25.00/hour plus commission.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- 6 months of customer service experience preferred
- Previous car wash or food industry experience a plus
- Must successfully complete training in food preparation and food service skills
