Carwash Key Holder

Key Holder at McBee’s Coffee N Carwash will assist the General Manager with daily operations at the North Little Rock, AR location, aiming to maximize sales, uphold company standards, and achieve location goals. Responsibilities include assisting with daily operations, meeting carwash sales goals, understanding pricing and wash packages and communicating details to staff and customers, organizing daily activities in a fast-paced environment, maintaining and sanitizing work areas and carwash facilities, ensuring high-level customer service, addressing customer needs and resolving issues, enforcing safety requirements, preparing and serving hot beverages, handling opening and closing duties, and working varied hours (weekdays, nights, and weekends). Requirements include excellent organizational and time-management skills, strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, ability to operate a sales kiosk, Food Handler Manager Certification (or obtain within 30 days), ability to stand and work in various conditions, and 2 years of customer service experience with 1–2 years of carwash experience preferred.
