Job Summary
Conduct customer service operations by addressing guest questions promptly, guiding vehicles through the wash with clear hand signals, and facilitating efficient processing via kiosks and POS systems. Maintain facility cleanliness by cleaning restrooms, floors, and storage areas while performing vehicle detailing and minor equipment repairs. Operate credit card machines, check vehicles for safety issues before tunnel entry, and report hazards to ensure a secure work environment. Work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays, maintaining proper uniform and safety gear while adhering to all training and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 16 years old
- Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, to include weekends, holidays and split shifts
- Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language at a level sufficient to communicate effectively with staff
- Detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills
- Ability to operate a computer
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, and reach (including overhead)
- Adequate strength, balance, and coordination to perform essential functions
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors, including endurance of temperature and weather changes outside
