Job Summary
CARWASH 7014 — CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE at GATE EXPRESS CARWASH focused on delivering outstanding guest service and efficient vehicle processing through the car wash. Responsibilities include guiding vehicles through the wash, operating Express Wash kiosks and POS systems, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the facility, and upholding safety standards. Requires guest-facing communication in English, ability to work flexible hours (including weekends/holidays/split shifts), standing for long periods, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to perform detailing and basic maintenance tasks. Training provided for all car wash functions and safety procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age 16
- Pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- English language communication (reading/writing/speaking) proficient
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to operate a computer
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift/carry/move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, and reach (including overhead)
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures
- Willingness to learn and perform car wash duties including operating express wash kiosk, POS, and equipment maintenance
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication to guests
- Attend required training and safety courses
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of facility
