Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) for Carver Ridge Lifespark Senior Living Community (casual/part-time; AM/PM/NOC). Responsible for assisting with planning, coordinating, and managing nursing/home health services; directing nursing care; budget monitoring; staff orientation/training; coordinating care planning conferences; ensuring regulatory compliance; participating in interdisciplinary meetings; monitoring clinical outcomes; maintaining accurate charting and documentation; promoting resident rights and safety. Requires RN licensure in Minnesota, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and strong communication/computer skills. Restorative or geriatric nursing experience preferred; must be adaptable, facilitate quality care, and support safety and quality improvement efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse
- Restorative or geriatric nursing experience is preferred
- Must be able to relate professionally with residents, families and employees
- Advanced computer skills including email use
- Regular attendance
- Must meet all local health regulations and pass post-employment physical exam if required
- Drug screening, criminal background investigation, and reference inquiry
- Able to perform Essential Job Functions with or without reasonable accommodation
