Job Summary
Carvel Route Sales Delivery Driver with Rich’s, a Carvel/Rich’s frozen goods specialist, is responsible for direct store delivery to supermarket accounts, driving a Carvel Truck, and achieving safety, sales, and credit-volume goals. The role involves selling and delivering the full line of frozen products to existing and new accounts, early start times (as early as 3am) with about 10-12 stops per day, and potential weekend work during peak season. Requires strong work ethic, customer-first mindset, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, valid driver’s license with a clean record, and a high school diploma or GED. CDL-B permit is preferred prior to start and may be needed to perform essential duties; previous DSD experience is a bonus.
