Job Summary
Collect shopping carts from the parking lot and surrounding areas, returning them to the store in all weather conditions. Perform prompt parcel pick-up service to enhance customer convenience. Provide outstanding service by greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing concerns with professionalism. Maintain Guest Services expectations and standards while communicating effectively with associates and customers. Share customer requests with management to resolve issues proactively. Work varied hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand in place for long periods of time
- Walk in the store
- Bend, stoop and lift or push up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Requires fine finger and broad manual dexterity
- Eye-hand-foot coordination in order to operate equipment
- Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed in all weather conditions
- Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule
- Adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences
