Job Summary
The Cart Retrieval Technician will locate and return abandoned shopping carts to grocery and retail stores in the San Jose area, collaborating with the Operations Manager. This full-time position requires the technician to handle the logistics of cart retrieval, maintain cart inventories, and utilize the RMS operations app for work reporting. Responsibilities include following safety protocols and managing communication with the team.
Required Qualifications
- Have a truck or flatbed trailer and be able to pick up and deliver shopping carts
- Have a valid state driver’s license
- Have appropriate vehicle insurance & valid vehicle registration
- Be able to follow safety protocols
- Be able to work in a variety of weather conditions
- Be able to work independently as part of the RMS team while maintaining communication with staff
