Job Summary
Unload golf carts, keep them clean, stage, and store them while providing superior customer service to golfers. Perform a variety of guest service duties including unloading carts and maintaining working relationships with employees and the public. Work all hours of operation, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be at least 16 years old and possess a current Colorado Driver License if driving for District purposes. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of golf course operations, golf cart experience, and previous customer service experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age
- If driving a motor vehicle for District purposes, must have a current Colorado Driver License and maintain an acceptable driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of golf course operations and golf cart experience is preferred
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Possess a professional and welcoming demeanor
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service and maintain working relationships with employees and the public
- Ability to work productively with little supervision within established policies and procedures
