Job Summary
Gather and return carts and flatbeds from the parking lot to the club entrance, ensuring ready access for members. Perform general maintenance and cleaning duties across the sales floor, offices, restrooms, and outdoor grounds, including wet and dry mopping, vacuuming, carpet extracting, and washing glass. Operate equipment such as floor scrubbers, trash compactors, and cardboard balers while maintaining high safety and sanitation standards. Remove trash and debris from cart corrals and exterior areas, verify cart cleanliness and stock levels, and restock maintenance supplies. Conduct minor building repairs and notify management of major issues. Support club policies and procedures while delivering prompt, courteous service to members.
Required Qualifications
- Must successfully complete required training and certification processes
- Must be over 18 to operate equipment and enter age restricted areas
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of this job
Desired Qualifications
- Prior maintenance or janitorial experience preferred, but not required
- Prior retail/wholesale experience preferred
