Job Summary
Provide outstanding customer service to members and guests while ensuring a seamless golf experience. Perform duties with a positive attitude and professionalism, working within a team to support member needs. Stand and walk for extended periods outdoors, lifting up to 40 pounds as required. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a dedicated focus on personal and professional development. Begin as a Member Support role with opportunities to grow into a Member Experience Specialist, Team Lead, or Fitness Manager.
