Job Summary
Move luggage carts throughout departures, baggage claim, garage, and rental car center to collection areas while maintaining equipment cleanliness and operational readiness. Provide general customer service to assist passengers navigating the airport and communicate with peers, management, and airport staff to improve business operations. Perform safe manual lifting and pushing of carts, including moving 15 carts simultaneously, while adhering to all safety protocols for self, co-workers, company equipment, airport property, and visitors. Work in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours including weekends and nights, enduring variable weather conditions as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Six month successful work experience (unless currently a student)
- Ability to pass state, federal (FAA), Home Land Security clearance requirements and reference checks
- Open scheduling availability required, including weekends and holidays
- Lift 40 lbs
- Push/pull 75-100 lbs to move 15 carts simultaneously
- Walk & stand for duration of shift
- Ability to obtain Airport Badge
