Job Summary
Clean and minor repair all carts, massage chairs, and strollers, ensuring they remain in working order. Transfer equipment from high-return to rental areas and maintain availability for customers. Provide excellent customer service while performing small repairs with hand tools. Maintain communication with facility management and adhere to safe work habits. Work approximately 20–25 hours weekly, typically during mall closure times including early mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends. Receive a $5 monthly cellular allowance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months previous work experience
- Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Minor lifting, possibly 40 lbs waist to height
- Push and pull 75 -100 pounds to move up to 15 carts simultaneously
- Walk and stand for duration of shift
