Job Summary
Transport carts from high return areas to high rental areas and ensure carts are available to customers. Perform routine cleaning of carts and cart management units, keeping equipment clean and in working order. Provide courteous service while assisting customers and maintain good communication with other employees and facility management. Learn and practice safe work habits covering self, co-workers, airport property, and visitors. Perform duties in an honest, reliable, and professional manner. Work morning, afternoon, and evening shifts with weekend and holiday availability. Lift up to 40 lbs to waist height and push or pull up to 15 carts simultaneously.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available weekends and holidays
- Morning, afternoon, and evening shift available
- Excellent customer service skills
- Verbal communication skills
- 6 months previous work experience
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs to waist height
- Push and pull 75 - 100 lbs to move up to 15 carts simultaneously
- Walk and stand for duration of shift
- Ability to get airport badge
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to attain Customs and Border Protection (CBP) seal to access to international arrival and sterile customs areas
