Job Summary
Responsible for all day-to-day operations of the Carry Out, including achieving financial goals, leading team members, maintaining product quality and service, overseeing operations, and ensuring safety and cleanliness standards. Expected to assist with hiring, training, inventory management, cash handling, and coordinating special events. Requires flexibility to work varied hours and the ability to stand for long periods and lift weights up to 80 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 –3 years restaurant experience strongly preferred but not mandatory
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Required to read and write English
- Must have thorough knowledge of Company products, services, policies, and procedures
- Ability to follow and assign verbal and written instructions
- Ability to use math
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to speak Spanish a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree a plus.
