Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, place carryout orders using menu knowledge and situational selling, and package food, beverages, and condiments promptly while adhering to company standards. Communicate with guests and teammates via headset to expedite service, handle cash and credit transactions accurately, and input orders into the computer system. Maintain a clean carryout area, manage bakery and retail stock levels, safely operate food prep equipment, and assist with expediting meals to dine-in guests. Respond to phone calls per script, address guest complaints by involving management, and perform pre-bussing tasks as needed. This role requires standing for entire shifts, lifting up to 50 pounds, and multi-tasking with strong organizational skills. Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years related experience
- Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant
- Ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise
- Detailed oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to prioritize, good organizational skills
- Ability to freely access all areas of restaurant including selling floor(s), stock area, and register area
- Push, lift, carry and transfer up to 50 pounds
- Stand for entire shift and walk for long periods of time without rest or sitting down
- Reach with hands
- Use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls
- Bend and stoop
