Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, place carryout orders using menu knowledge and situational selling, and package food and beverages promptly while wearing a headset to coordinate with managers. Handle cash and credit transactions, accurately account for receivables including coupons and gift cards, and input orders into the computer system. Maintain a clean carryout area, manage bakery and retail stock levels, and safely operate food prep equipment. Respond to phone calls per script, address guest complaints by involving management when needed, and assist with expediting meals to dine-in guests, pre-bussing tables, and escorting guests. Perform all duties with dependability and exceptional teamwork skills.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years related experience
- Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant
- Ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise
- Detailed oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to prioritize, good organizational skills
- Ability to freely access all areas of restaurant including selling floor(s), stock area, and register area
- Valid driver's license
