Carryout

Greet guests warmly, place carryout orders using situational selling techniques, and package food and beverages accurately while adhering to company standards. Communicate via headset with managers and teammates to expedite service, process cash and credit transactions, and input orders into the computer system. Maintain a clean carryout area, stock bakery and retail sections, and safely operate food prep equipment. Handle guest complaints by involving management when necessary, answer phone calls per script, and assist with expediting, delivery, table escorting, and pre-bussing. Stand for the entire shift, lift up to 50 pounds, and multitask while prioritizing duties. Apply detailed organizational skills to resolve issues as they arise in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
