Greet guests warmly, utilize menu knowledge for situational selling, and accurately package food and beverage orders while ensuring timely preparation. Communicate professionally via headset to expedite orders, handle cash and credit transactions, and input carryout orders into the computer system. Maintain a clean carryout area, monitor bakery stock levels, and safely handle food prep equipment. Effectively resolve guest complaints by involving managers when necessary and answer phone calls using company scripts. Assist with expediting and delivering meals to dine-in guests, pre-bussing tables, and escorting guests to tables as needed.
