Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, utilize menu knowledge for situational selling, and package food and beverage orders accurately while communicating needs via headset. Handle cash and credit transactions, input orders into the computer system, and assist with expediting meals to dine-in guests. Maintain a clean carry out area, monitor bakery and retail stock levels, and safely handle food prep equipment. Effectively resolve guest complaints by involving management when necessary and answer phone calls using company scripts. This role requires standing for the entire shift, lifting up to 50 pounds, and multi-tasking with strong organizational skills. 0-2 years of related experience is preferred. Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years related experience
- Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant
- Ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise
- Detailed oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to prioritize, good organizational skills
- Ability to freely access all areas of restaurant including selling floor(s), stock area, and register area
- Valid driver's license
