Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, utilize menu knowledge for situational selling, and package food and beverage orders accurately and promptly. Communicate professionally to determine needs, handle cash and credit transactions, and accurately input orders into the computer system. Wear a headset to coordinate with managers, answer phone calls per script, and safely handle food prep equipment. Monitor bakery and retail stock levels, clean the carryout area, and assist with expediting meals to dine-in guests. Effectively handle guest complaints by involving management when necessary. Perform all duties as assigned while maintaining dependability and exceptional teamwork skills.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years related experience
- Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant
- Ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise
- Detailed oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to prioritize, good organizational skills
- Ability to freely access all areas of restaurant including selling floor(s), stock area, and register area
- Valid driver's license
