Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, utilize menu knowledge for situational selling, and package food and beverage orders promptly while communicating professionally via headset. Handle cash and credit transactions, accurately input orders, and assist with expediting meals to dine-in guests. Maintain a clean carryout area, monitor bakery stock levels, and safely handle food prep equipment. Effectively resolve guest complaints and answer phone calls using company scripts. Assist with pre-bussing tables and other assigned duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years related experience
- Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant
- Ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise
- Detailed oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to prioritize, good organizational skills
- Ability to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand for entire shift and walk for long periods of time without rest or sitting down
- Must be able to push, lift, carry and transfer up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to reach with hands
- Must be able to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls
- Must be able to bend and stoop
- Must be able to verbally communicate with others
- Must have ability to freely access all areas of restaurant including selling floor(s), stock area, and register area
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily while possessing dependability and exceptional teamwork skills

- Ability to assist in the expediting and delivery of meals to dine-in guests
- Ability to assist in greeting guests and escorting guests to tables
- Ability to assist in cashing guests out if the cashier is not available
- Ability to assist with pre-bussing tables, rolling silverware or any other needed task
- Ability to be asked to assist in other job categories as well
