Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, utilize menu knowledge for situational selling, and accurately package food and beverage orders while maintaining company standards. Communicate professionally to determine guest needs, handle cash and credit transactions, and input orders into the computer system. Wear a headset to expedite service, manage guest complaints by involving managers, and answer phone calls using the company script. Keep the carry out area clean, monitor bakery stock levels, safely handle prep equipment, and assist with expediting meals to dine-in guests, pre-bussing tables, and escorting guests. Perform duties while standing for the entire shift and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years related experience
- Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant
- Ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise
- Detailed oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to prioritize, good organizational skills
- Ability to freely access all areas of restaurant including selling floor(s), stock area, and register area
- Valid driver's license
